This site is dedicated to everyone who is seeking to create a "natural oasis" for them selves and their family's in these greatly turbulent times. That "oasis" being any where from a healthy and fit body up to a self sufficient off grid home stead. Special attention has been given to those on a Vegan or Live Food Diet in providing for them all of the kitchen equipment they need to succeed . This site started as health/diet/fitness site but will now work towards the goal of also being a complete homesteaders supplier.
Most of the prices on this is site are MAP prices and can't be lowered. The few that are not MAP prices have been lowered to competitive levels. As a long term Vegan and Live Foodist I can personally speak from experience as to the incredible health benefits possible by totally natural means and using the products offered here.
